The NW Natural Street of Dreams known for Portland's own luxury home showcase had made its first urban appearance this year at the Pearl District. A possible sign of the times where the housing market has steadily been under and condos just aren't selling as well. I have only visited the pearl district a handful of times and enjoy the neighborhood for its innovative, sustainable, and creative mentality. On the other hand, the $600K for a 700 sq ft studio is the price you pay for living well beyond your means.
Condominiums Featured:- 937 condominium: Pros: penthouses are as big as 2,000 sq ft, fantastic views. Cons: Fixtures such as the elevator sign being scratched up were inadvertently overlooked
- Block 90: Pros: spacious, next to aveda institute (hair cuts anytime!), the interior design by far was the best in my opinion. Cons: Not a high rise, views were ok.
- Encore: Pros: ehh.. nice views though Cons: tiny if you didn't live in a penthouse
- Waterfront Pearl: Pros: fantastic views. Cons: layout was closed off and boxed in, wasn't a fan of the decoration either
